The Crucible

Where expertise becomes commercially recognisable

A small working group for experienced professionals who are done with generic advice and want specific, practical help converting their expertise into a business that actually grows.

Most experienced professionals reach a point where something stops working as it should.

Not because the work lacks depth.

Not because they are not capable.

But because something in how that work is expressed…

is not quite landing.

At that point, the instinct is often to do more.

More content.
More outreach.
More explanation.

But effort applied in the wrong place…

rarely produces the right result.

What The Crucible Actually Is

A weekly working group. Real work, not theory.

We meet weekly, in a group of six to eight. Sessions run approximately ninety minutes.

The format is consistent: Howard teaches on a specific topic drawn from his two methodologies, then we celebrate wins, then one member brings a real situation to the group: something they have written, a conversation that did not land, a piece of content that felt right but did not convert. We look at it together. We adjust it in real time.

There is no fixed curriculum because the work is driven by what is actually happening for the people in the room.

What this looks like in practice.

Gabrielle had been trying to sell an online programme for months. She had the expertise, she had the content, she had the audience. But something in the way she was presenting it was not converting.

Inside The Crucible, we worked directly on her sales conversation. Not the script. The diagnostic: what she was asking, when, and in what sequence. Within a few weeks she made her first £32,000 online sale.

That is what working on real situations in real time produces.

What You Bring

You should be an experienced professional with real expertise and a practice you are actively building. You should be willing to work openly, to share real situations rather than hypotheticals, and to contribute to others in the room as much as you draw from them.

This is not a course you consume. It is a working group you participate in.

Price

£400 per month.

Commitment

Monthly commitment. No long-term contract required. Places are limited to keep the group small enough to work properly.

How To Join

Send me a message with a brief note about where you are in your practice and what you are working on. If it sounds like a fit, we will have a short conversation before confirming your place.
